Driving South from Los Angeles (Interstate 5)
- Take Interstate 5 South toward San Diego.
- Take the Rosecrans Street exit (it will naturally curve to the right).
- Stay straight on Rosecrans Street for about 2.5 miles.
- Look for the intersection with a US Bank and a Jack in the Box on the corners, and turn left onto Emerson Street.
- Drive straight down Emerson Street (you will cross over Scott Street). H&M Landing is at the very end of the street, right on the water.
Driving West from El Cajon / Arizona (Interstate 8)
- Take Interstate 8 West all the way to the end of the freeway.
- As the freeway ends, follow the signs straight ahead to merge onto Rosecrans Street.
- Stay straight on Rosecrans Street for about 2.5 miles.
- Look for the intersection with a US Bank and a Jack in the Box, and turn left onto Emerson Street.
- Drive straight down Emerson Street until it ends at the water. You will see H&M Landing directly in front of you.
Driving North from Chula Vista (Interstate 5)
- Take Interstate 5 North toward downtown San Diego.
- Take the Hawthorn Street / San Diego Airport exit.
- Follow Hawthorn Street straight down toward the water, then turn right onto North Harbor Drive.
- Drive straight on North Harbor Drive. You will pass the airport on your right and go over a small bridge.
- Shortly after the bridge, turn left onto Scott Street.
- Go down a few blocks and turn left onto Emerson Street. H&M Landing will be right in front of you.
Where to Park
Paid parking is available through three separate lots in our immediate area:
- The Scott Street Lot: Entrances are located directly in front of H&M Landing and further down Scott Street.
- Harbor Drive Lots: There are two additional lots accessible via North Harbor Drive (including 5003 N. Harbor Drive).
Important Parking Details:
- All three lots are $14 per 24 hours.
- Parking is pre-paid using your license plate number at the electronic kiosks.
- Please read the parking signs carefully for any specific rate or time limitations.
