The Nautilus is reporting good Yellowtail fishing at the Coronado Islands!!!

June 15, 2026

On the water report:

The Grande caught 45 Yellowtail, 22 Calico bass, 11 Barracuda and 1 Sand Bass! Grande departs daily at 5:30AM!  Book Here (Valid passport is required)

The Yellowtail fishing was very good this past weekend!

The Producer departs tonight at 8PM for an overnight trip! Book Here

The Grande departs at 5:30AM daily for full day fishing the Coronado Islands fishing for Yellowtail

The Premier departs at 6:30AM and 1PM daily fishing 1/2 day local! Book either trip here! The Premier has had excellent Calico bass fishing

2026 Season Update!

H&M Landing is recommending that all customers that are fishing with us this year need to make their fish processing reservations as soon as they book their fishing trip. If you do not have a reservation when you get back to the dock, we cannot guarantee the processors will be able to process your fish. Most boats will be prepared to fillet your fish for a fee, should you be unable to get a fish processing reservation. If you are unsure if your boat provides fillet service please call our office to confirm.

For Five Star Fish Processing Click HERE.
For Fisherman’s Processing Text your Name/Names, Return Date, and Boat Name to (619)-255-3128. 
For Sportmen’s Seafood call 619-224-3551.

Trips are scheduled daily this week. We will run with a minimum of 10 people so please make your reservations in advance if you’d like to go! This ensures the trip is a definite go!

Tackle recommendations for island trips:

30lb flyline rod, a 40-50lb yo-yo rod and a jig stick. Remember to have fresh line on your reels and a pocket full of 1/0- 2/0 hooks. 6 oz torpedo sinkers and several yo-yo jigs like Salas 6x jr or equivalent.

We are currently operating open party full day Coronado Islands trips seven days a week with departures at 5:30am and returning 6-7pm. Passport required.
